Did you have a good time this past season?
 Yes
 I have had better
 No

The WFL loses one of our own.
David Gutierrez, fullback for 3 seasons with the South Sound Shockers was killed in Afghanistan Christmas morning.   David was recently awarded the "BLACK LION" Award in memory of another fallen soldier/athlete.  (
www.shockersfootball.org/blacklion.htm).
On behalf of the Washington Football League our thoughts are with his wife Patty and their three boys, as well as all our soldiers still serving.

2010 Schedule released.
The schedule of each team has been posted on their team page.

Stars change their name and location.
The team formally known as the Blue Mountain Stars have moved to Hermiston Oregon and will now be known as the Hermiston Hurricanes.  Former Stars player and coach Michael Ramirez  has also taken a position with the Hurricanes in the front office and will help with the day to day activities of the team.  The team is still working on colors, logo and a website so check back often for updates.
